My 3D visualisation portfolio reflects my expertise in bringing design ideas to life using innovative tools and techniques.

Take a look at my extensive 3D visualisation portfolio, featuring a diverse collection of projects from every stage of my career. Although most of the visuals display designs that I created, some are the result of fruitful collaborations or product visuals. Whenever I work on a design project, I rely on either SketchUp or Cinema 4D to bring my ideas to life - this is critical to effectively conveying my vision to clients.

3D visualisation is an incredible tool for presenting ideas and designs to clients. The level of detail and realism that can be achieved using 3D modeling is far superior to traditional 2D drawings or sketches, making it a more engaging and accessible way to showcase designs. With 3D visualization, clients can explore a virtual model of the space from every angle, bringing the design to life in a way that they simply couldn't do with a 2D image.

As a certified design nerd, I'm always seeking new and innovative ways to push the boundaries of my designs and the tools I use to present them. My passion for design and technology is reflected in every visualization that I create.

Cinema 4d

Since moving to Mac OS I have had to transition to Cinema4D from 3DS. This is now my ‘go to’ 3D visualisation program. I use it for the majority of my projects where I know a high quality render is needed.

SketchUp

Sketch-up is by far my favourite program. I use it for most quick design work, its simplicity enables me to produce and iterate many designs quickly and then produce a sketchy visual in an instant. The strength of this, is that clients don’t get stuck up on minor details as they do in Photo real renders.

3DS Max

Although this is not my day to day program anymore, I have used it for well over 10 years. I have always been highly proficient and quick when visualising and designing using it.

Redshift

This is the main render engine I use for photorealism for Cinema 4D. It’s very fast and great for photometric lens affects that help make visuals more exciting.

V-Ray

I have used V-ray for most my professional career. Its simplicity and great results is why its become such a standard in the design industry. I used this for 3DS Max and SketchUp.

Adobe Suite

No visual is complete without the Adobe Suit, whether that be presenting them in Indesign, or enhancing and manipulating them in Photoshop. I obtained an Adobe Certification for Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop several years ago and have been using the majority of the Suit for well over 10 years.
